Tim Kough

Tim is an actor ,musician, songwriter, playwright and audiobook narrator. Favorite roles include Snelgrave in One Flea Spare, Zhdanov in Master Class, Man in Now and Then, Harry Haywood in It’s a Wonderful Life and Harry Truman in Truman and the Birth of Israel. Tim’s albums Dreams and Demons and Blurrr have sold across the globe. In addition to writing the script for Safe Landing: How the Owls Saved Me; Tim also wrote the music.

Sandy Spatz

Sandy Spatz (she/her) is honored to be a part of bringing Safe Landing to the stage with ACE’s inaugural production. Having just performed in Redtwist Theatre’s Twisted Play Fest, Sandy is thrilled to continue to bring new works to life. Other recent credits include Collected Stories and Now and Then at Oil Lamp Theater and the world premiere of Man of the People at Stage Left Theater. Additional favorite stage roles include Clairee in Steel Magnolias, Aunt Gert in Lost in Yonkers, and First Lady Julia Grant in Democracy. Sandy was honored to play Nurse Bethany in the independent feature film Ginger. She thanks Tim for trusting her with Emme.

Ashley Greenwood

Ashley Greenwood is a Chicago actor, singer, dramaturg, and co-founder of Authentic Chicago Ensemble (ACE). Ashley is more than thrilled that this ACE's first production. She hopes that this play helps to continue the fight of de-stigmatizing mental health and illness, and hopes that the play leaves you with hope. Ashley hopes you see that it is worth it to wait for the light amidst the darkness, and that the way through is through community and love. Ashley is represented by Big Mouth Talent and would like to thank her co-founders RJ and Tim for their love and support. Ashley would also like to thank her friends at Skyway and her husband, Ryan. ACE's hope is to be a place of community and love amongst a new and ever growing Chicago theatre community. There is so much we can do together. Thank you for attending our show.

Sara Kough

Sara Kough is thrilled to be making her first professional appearance in Chicago theater! Sara spends her free time writing and producing her own music. Some of her past favorite roles include Lucy in You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Velma Von Tussle in Hairspray, and Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Sara also performed original works at the CIBC Theater for Hamilton's Education Program in 2017. She is very excited for people to see this story brought to life and she wants to thank everyone here for supporting live theatre!

He also holds a BFA in Drama from the John Wells Directing School at Carnegie Mellon University.

David Stasevsky

David Stasevsky (He/Him) is elated to be making his Authentic Chicago Ensemble debut! David attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and received his bachelors in Theatre in 2023. He recently directed The Curse by Lisa Dellagiarino Feriend in the 8 to the Bar Festival with GreenMan Theatre Troupe and is a member of the Chicago based comedy group, Funhaus. He is grateful to share the space with such talented folks!

Marquise De'Jahn

After attending the University of South Dakota majoring in Acting and Musical Theatre, Marquise shortly moved to Chicago, IL. You might have seen them in One in Two at Pride Arts, Passing Strange at Theo Ubique, as Granger in Sofa King Queer at Nothing without a Company, or most recently as Juicy in Fat Ham at The Goodman Theatre.

Ryan Murphy

Ryan Murphy is a Chicago writer and actor. He is excited to participate in the inaugural ACE production of Safe Landing. He would like to thank his wife Ashley and their beloved, evil cat Puck for their support.

Adriana Sanchez Monroy

Adriana Sanchez Monroy is a Mexican actor and singer based in Chicago. She has trained at Acting Studio Chicago and has worked in short films and an independent movie, performing in both English and Spanish. In addition to her work on screen, she has experience in theater
and opera, having performed in Suor Angelica by Giacomo Puccini and Bodas de Sangre in Mexico.
With a background in music, Adriana studied for several years and now writes and produces her own songs. She is passionate about storytelling through both acting and music, continuously training and working on new creative projects.

When she’s not on set or performing, she is continuing her acting training, producing music, and exploring new artistic opportunities. She looks forward to continuing her journey in film, theater and music.
Delilah
Susan Anderson

Susan is excited to be a part of Authentic Chicago’s debut! Most recently she appeared in The Ultimate Christmas Carol at Steel Beam Theatre where she also performed in This Random World and Vanya, Sonya, Masha and Spike.
Previously she played in Macbeth and Men On Boats with Janus Theatre and Wake Up, Mrs. Moore with Iambe Theatre. Other credits include Crumbs From The Table of Joy with Artists Ensemble and The Wedding Band with Artistic Home.

Rob is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of ACE’s inaugural production of Safe Landing.
Thank you to Tim for making Grandpa Rob a character in this beautiful story. Thank you, too, to Ashley and R.J. and the entire team for your vote of confidence. Rob is a member of The Oil Lamp Theater’s Ensemble and has appeared on their stage in

Kelcy is absolutely thrilled to be a part of this fantastic team. You may remember this Columbia College graduate as Annette Hargrove from Kokandy Productions’ Cruel Intentions: The 90’s Musical. You can also catch her in Blank Theatre Company’s production of Sweet Charity starting in May! Kelcy wants to send all of her love to her family, the messiest baddies group chat, matcha lattes with oat milk, and all her beautiful friends that continue to put up with her.

Abigail is a student at the Acting Studio of Chicago. She was recently cast in student films for DePaul and Northwestern University. She is currently exploring roles and looking forward to new opportunities.

Jordan Ratliff

Jordan Ratliff is a director/playwright based here in Chicago. He is both the Artistic Director and a Co-Founder of New Wave Theatre Company. Having graduated in 2021 with his BFA in Theatre (Theatre Studies concentration) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Jordan’s work as a playwright and director deconstructs, analyzes, and criticizes social norms, structures, and issues that have led to systematic inequalities both within and outside marginalized communities. Some of his directorial credits include THIS IS ART (New Wave Theatre Company), one in two (Pride Arts), The Former Kings of Clutch City (Lime Arts Productions), and Gay Card (UIUC Independent Film). He is honored to be working with such a kind, compassionate, and forward thinking company like Authentic Chicago Ensemble.
